Have you thought about putting on a Virtual Event but not sure where to start?

Virtual events can creating amazing and memorable experiences for companies, non-profits, schools, and the community.

They’re an incredible opportunity to bring people together online without having to meet in person.

Since COVID and the pandemic and now in a day and age where sometimes showing up in person is inconvenient, virtual events is a game-changer.

What is a Virtual event?

A Virtual event is an event hosted on a virtual platform that allows participants to participate from anywhere around the world. The meeting time can be specified or it can also be done anytime.

Example of a Virtual Event- Virtual Races

Virtual races are running events where people can sign-up, run anytime and anywhere, submit their results to be posted, and get a shirt, medal, and certificate mailed to them. They’re popular because they allow people to be a part of a healthy and fun cause while providing flexibility with busy schedules

Here are some examples of virtual races:

They can be for a cause:

Or they can be themed:

While often virtual events are promoted internally by the virtual event planner or HR, virtual events open to the public can also be promoted on different listing sites.

Below are ones that see a large amount of traffic viewed per month.

Race Listings Monthly Traffic within the U.S:

Eventbrite.com — 11.2 Million/ Month Traffic

Active.com — 1.4 Million/ Month Traffic

Virtual events can also be promoted on local listings specific to your demographic.

We’re currently working on an event for a client in Tampa Bay. Here is just an example of the monthly traffic on some of the City/Government/News Sites we can post on for Tampa Bay:
